Originally from Detroit Mi, raised in South Texas. I graduated from The University of Texas at Brownsville with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a triple Minor in Chemistry, Physics, & Geology in Fall 1997. I began my teaching (1998-1999) in Brownsville ISD at Olivares MS.  Then move up to SW Houston area (Sugar Land) and work at W.P. Clements (1999-2006) in Fort Bend ISD. During that time, I taught Honors Chemistry/Physics 6 out 7 years.  I’d develop a district HS diving program, a strong U.S. Diving program & coach several State qualifiers & All-Americans.   In 2006, we moved to Conroe ISD where I 1st taught IPC at Oak Ridge and soon moved to THE WOODLANDS HIGH SCHOOL in 2007. I started in the Chemistry family and now I’ve join the Physics family though we are one big science family at TWHS. Traci my wife (who works in the TWHS Attendance Office) & I have 3 beautiful children: Haleigh (9th grader at ORHS) Bree (2nd at Powell) & Austen (1st at Powell).

Excellence is the result of caring more than others think is wise, risking more than others think is safe, dreaming more than others think is practical, and expecting more than other think is possible.
