Originally from Houston, Texas, Mrs. Stewart attended Cypress-Fairbanks I.S.D throughout high school. She attended Baylor University for her undergraduate degree and Prairie View A&M for her M.Ed. She taught physical education and language arts in Cypress-Fairbanks for ten years before becoming a counselor. She has been in high school counseling since 1999.
