This is a Conroe Independent School District service delivery model for students 18-22 who have completed
graduation requirements but are in need of skills related to adulthood to become productive citizens in their communities.
 The model encompasses the following components: daily living skills, school based enterprise, recreation and leisure,
social skills training, community based instruction trips and vocational training.
