Japanese Club will meet every other Tuesday after school in room 230. New and returning members are welcome to join us. Please see Japanese Club information by visiting TWHS Japanese Club Facebook. Activities and meetings will be held in room 230 in the senior campus.
The Woodlands High School will be participating in the Texas Japanese Language Speech Contest and Japan Bowl in the spring semester of 2012.
Japan Trip / Exchange Program - We will be hosting 10 - 15 students from Ritsumeikan High School (Chiba) in March, 2012. Host families will be needed. Please e-mail Masumi Reade at mreade@conroeisd.net or masumi.reade@gmail.com if you are able and interested in hosting a Japanese high school student for a week.
Students who are interested in studying in Japan during summer of 2012, for 4-6 weeks, please contact Masumi Reade.

Students recited a poem about August 6th in Japanese. NHK (Japan Broardcasting Corporation) filmed us during our visit. The poem recitation and the interview were broadcasted for Japanese audience.
