Principal of The Woodlands High School - 10th, 11th, & 12th Campus

Gregg Colschen has been the principal of The Woodlands High School since July of 2002.

A native of Clinton, Iowa, he graduated from Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin in May 1978 with a degree in History and Physical Education. He received his Masters of Education from Northeast Louisiana University in December of 1980. Mr. Colschen coached college football at Nicholls State University for five years, before moving to the Houston area in 1986.

He taught and coached at Eisenhower High School for three years before moving into administration, serving five years as an assistant principal  Mr. Colschen moved to Westfield High School in Spring ISD in 1994, spending two years as an assistant principal, two years as the associate principal and four years as the principal.

Gregg is married to Sandra and they have two sons.  David and wife Candace have three children, Austin, Hunter and Amelia.  Michael and wife Lena have a daughter named Bryleigh.

Jill Malpass began her education career at York Junior High, where she taught for four years, and then moved to The Woodlands High School for the next 13 years.  She served as math department chair 2000-2010 at TWHS.  In 2010, she was selected as Assistant Principal for Instruction at TWHS before being selected at the Ninth Grade Campus principal in 2016.

Jeri is a native Houstonian, and a graduate of Conroe High School.  She has lived in the immediate area for 42 years.  Jeri earned her BS in Mathematics from Sam Houston Statue University, and her M. Ed. in Administration from Sam Houston as well.  She began her teaching career with TWHS in 1995 as a math teacher.  She has been the math department chair and an assistant principal, and is currently the Associate Principal for Curriculum and Instruction.

Jeri is married to Lou, and has three adult children, two daughters and a son.  Her children are all TWHS graduates.

Paul LeBlanc is a native Texan.  Mr. LeBlanc is a graduate of Lamar University and Sam Houston State University.  He holds a B.S. in Psychology and a Masters in Educational Leadership. He began his teaching career in Conroe ISD at Caney Creek High School where he taught special education.  He has served as a teacher at Spring High School, assistant Principal at Westfield High School, associate principal at Carl Wunsche Sr. High School, principal at Dueitt Middle School, and as a human resources director in Spring ISD before coming back to work at Conroe ISD in fall of 2015 at McCullough Junior High School.   

Mr. LeBlanc and his wife are both career school administrators and have two children.

A  native Texan, Mr. Fleming has been at TWHS/McCullough since 1981.  This is his 18th year to be an assistant principal.  He also coached for 21 years (17 years at TWHS) before becoming an assistant principal .

Mr. Fleming is also responsible for Textbooks, Blood Drive, Mr. Woodlands and the New Student Breakfast.

Paul is married to Vicky, who retired from teaching Spanish for 40 years with most of that time being at McCullough and the TWHS 9th grade campus.  Together they have 3 children (Lyndsey, Brad and Brian) and 5 grandchildren, Sophia, Hadyn, Emilia, Hogan and Justin.

Dr. Jan Nell started her teaching career in San Antonio at Harlandale Middle School, teaching Physical Education, volleyball, basketball and track.

She then moved to Knox Jr. High, Conroe High School and finally Assistant Principal at New Caney Middle School.  After three years working at New Caney Middle School she moved to Westfield High School in the 2001-02 school year.  She then returned to Montgomery County and became a grade level principal at Willis High School for three years.  

Dr. Nell helped open TWHS Ninth Grade Campus in 2005 and moved to TWHS Senior campus in 2010.

Mr. Muehsler is a native Texan from Tomball.  He graduated from Sam Houston State University with a degree in History and later received his Master's from Sam Houston State University in Administration.
He began teaching at The Woodlands High School in 1998 and became an Assistant Principal in 2003 at The Woodlands High School McCullough Campus.

Mr. Muehsler is married to his wife Shea, who is also an educator.  They have five children.  Erin, Landon, Kathryn, Reagan, and Lexi.
Mr. Muehsler is responsible for Mentors, ESL/LPAC, Prom, Lockers, Panoramic Photo, Social Studies Dept., Senior Dues, INOVA, and Academic Conference.

Shawne LeDee began her career in education at Eisenhower High School (Aldine ISD), where she taught Biology and coached volleyball for 11 years. In 2008, she moved to The Woodlands High School as an Assistant Principal.  Her responsibilities are Parking, Transportation, Mr. Woodlands Science Dept., PLC Coordinator, and Senior Picnic.

Larry Klapesky has been in education for twenty-five years and has worked at Knox Jr. High, Macarthur High School. Conroe High School and The Woodlands High School.  Duties include Attendance, SAC, D-Hall CATE Dept., Kilt Camp,  Graduation, Fitness Gram, and United Way.

Debbie Shepard began her career in education at McCullough Junior High in 1996, where she taught biology and 8th grade science in addition to coaching track, basketball and softball. In 2008, Debbie joined the science department of The Woodlands High School. She served as the science department chair and taught Biology, Chemistry and AP Environmental Science. As the Assistant Principal for Instruction her areas of responsibility include: ~~Staff Development Coordinator, Evening Tutorials, New Teacher Orientation / Mentoring, Advanced Placement, EOC/TAKS testing/data, Technology (StarChart) Digital Login Manager, and Turnitin Account Manager.

Patrick Ubernosky has been with CISD as a Highlander since 1994.  He taught Agriculture classes at The Woodlands High School for eleven years before becoming an Assistant Principal in 2005.  In 2010 he took the position as Associate Principal at The Woodlands High School Ninth Grade Campus.

Chris was an educator at Oak Ridge High for 21 years. The first 15 years were spent teaching Biology, Aquatic Science and coaching Football. In 2004 he was given the opportunity to become an Assistant Principal.  In 2009 he joined The Woodlands High School Freshmen Campus with the goal of making each students' educational journey as rewarding as possible.

Dr. Estefanie Jaime has been a Highlander since 2008 as an Assistant Principal.
Estefanie started her career in Corpus Christi at Bishop Garriga Middle School, teaching Science and Mathematics for five years. She was Science Department Chair from 1996-2001 and a Principal from 2001-2003. Estefanie was a committee member for the Diocesan Science Fair for seven years. In addition, Estefanie coached volleyball, basketball, and track. After leaving the Diocese of Corpus Christi, Estefanie went back into the classroom at Paul R. Haas Middle School with CCISD for six months and was named Assistant Principal at Elliott Grant Middle School.
