Gregg Colschen has been the principal of The Woodlands High School since July of 2002.
A native of Clinton, Iowa, he graduated from Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin in May 1978 with a degree in History and Physical Education. He received his Masters of Education from Northeast Louisiana University (now call University of Louisiana Monroe) in December of 1980. Mr. Colschen coached college football at Nicholls State University for five years, before moving to the Houston area in 1986.
He taught and coached at Eisenhower High School for three years before moving into administration, serving five years as an assistant principal at Eisenhower. Mr. Colschen moved to Westfield High School in Spring ISD in 1994, spending two years as an assistant principal, two years as the associate principal and four years as the principal.
Gregg's family includes wife Sandra, sons David and Michael, daughter-in-law Candace and grandsons Austin and Hunter. |

Dr. Povich has been with The Woodlands High School since 1997. He previously taught mathematics at Lamar High School in Houston I.S.D. and taught mathematics and statistics at The Woodlands High School. Â He was also a Department Chair for Mathematics, Assistant Principal, and Associate Principal at TWHS. He is currently the Principal at TWHS Ninth Grade Campus.

Chuck Pincumbe has been a Highlander since 1991 having taught Psychology & World History at McCullough High School until 1996 and U.S. Government & Economics at The Woodlands High School until 2000. He was Social Studies department chairman from 1997-2000 and an assistant principal before becoming a full-time assistant principal at TWHS-McCullough Campus in 2000. As an assistant principal, he was part of the Highlander staff that opened the Ninth Grade Campus in the 2005-2006 school year. In the 2007-2008 school year, he assumed the role of associate principal at TWHS – 9th Grade Campus. In 2010 he was selected as Associate Principal of TWHS 10-12
campus.
Chuck has lived with his wife, Colleen, in The Woodlands since 1984.

Jill Malpass began her education career at York Junior High, where she taught for four years, and then moved to The Woodlands High School for the next 13 years. She served as math department chair 2000-2010 at TWHS. In 2010, she was selected as Assistant Principal for Instruction. Her areas of responsibility include: staff development coordination, evening tutorials, new teacher orientation and mentoring, advanced placement and TAKS testing, and data analysis.

A native Texan, Mr. Fleming has been at TWHS/McCullough since 1981. This is his 14th year to be an assistant principal. He also coached for 21 years before becoming a principal. He serves students in the alphabet of Hj through Mg. Mr. Fleming is also responsible for SAC/Detention, AEP(Senior Activities Spring Semester), Graduation, Panoramic Picture, Senior Fundraiser and Fit-Gram.

Jan Nell started her teaching career in San Antonio at Harlandale Middle School, teaching Physical Education, volleyball, basketball and track. She then moved to Knox Jr. High, Conroe High School and finally Assistant Principal at New Caney Middle School. After three years working at Westfield High School in the 2001-02 school year she returned to Montgomery County and became a grade level principal at Willis High School for three years. Most recently she helped open TWHS Ninth Grade Campus in 2005 and moving to TWHS Senior campus in 2010.

In addition to serving as Assistant Principal for all students with last names between Sd and Z, Mr. Muehsler is also responsible for social studies, blood drive, parking, Senior picnic, Kilt Camp, and United Way.

Patrick Ubernosky has been with CISD as a Highlander since 1994. He taught Agriculture classes at The Woodlands High School for eleven years before becoming an Assistant Principal in 2005. In 2010 he took the position as Associate Principal at The Woodlands High School Ninth Grade Campus.

Chris was an educator at Oak Ridge High for 21 years. The first 15 years were spent teaching Biology, Aquatic Science and coaching Football. In 2004 he was given the opportunity to become an Assistant Principal. In 2009 he joined The Woodlands High School Freshmen Campus with the goal of making each students' educational journey as rewarding as possible.

Dr. Estefanie Jaime has been a Highlander since 2008 as an Assistant Principal. Estefanie started her career in Corpus Christi at Bishop Garriga Middle School, teaching Science and Mathematics for five years. She was Science Department Chair from 1996-2001 and a Principal from 2001-2003. Estefanie was a committee member for the Diocesan Science Fair for seven years. In addition, Estefanie coached volleyball, basketball, and track. After leaving the Diocese of Corpus Christi, Estefanie went back into the classroom at Paul R. Haas Middle School
with CCISD for six months and was named Assistant Principal at Elliott Grant Middle School.
