Paul LeBlanc is a native Texan. Mr. LeBlanc is a graduate of Lamar University and Sam Houston State University. He holds a B.S. in Psychology and a Masters in Educational Leadership. He began his teaching career in Conroe ISD at Caney Creek High School where he taught special education. He has served as a teacher at Spring High School, assistant Principal at Westfield High School, associate principal at Carl Wunsche Sr. High School, principal at Dueitt Middle School, and as a human resources director in Spring ISD before coming back to work at Conroe ISD in fall of 2015 at McCullough Junior High School.
Mr. LeBlanc and his wife are both career school administrators and have two children.
Duties include supervising Assistant Principals, key management, maintenance and facilities, discipline/bullying coordinator, safety office, EOP, safety drills, attendance, staff/administrative duties, worker’s comp, student activities, graduation, and HR.
