NJROTC competed in Granbury High School MJROTC Air Rifle Pirates Cup Buckle match. Marksman that competes in this match are from JROTC unit and Club programs. Cadet Terrazas led the team with a Top Score of 570 which is the highest score shot ever shot at Caney Creek High School. Your Precision Marksman include Samantha Terrazas, Melina Garcia, Chloe DiSomma, and Isaiah Williams. Sporter Marksman include Payden Wilson, Andrew Walker, Wyatt Yusten, Marlyah Hoffens. Top Sporter shooter was Payden Wilson with a 468.

This week has been packed with achievement and recognition of the class of 2026. We are looking forward to an amazing Enchanted Garden Prom tomorrow evening! 💃 👑 🎓

The Education for Tomorrow Alliance team is excited to host the annual Youth Leadership Academy for high school sophomores and juniors in Montgomery County, Texas. During the three-and-a-half days of training, students will have the opportunity to meet community leaders, develop new skills, explore their strengths, plan for the future, and interact with other students. To be eligible, a student must demonstrate interest and must meet the following criteria: Be a 10th-grade or 11th-grade student in the Fall of 2026 Attend school or live in Montgomery County, Texas. If you have questions about your eligibility please reach out to EfTA. Be in good academic standing Be able to attend each session from July 7th- July 10th Submit a complete application and the $125 program fee. (Need-based scholarships are available. Please speak with your school's College and Career Counselor for more information.)
