General Information

*You must have a valid drivers license (not a permit) by 9/1/26 in order to get a parking spot to start the school year*

*If you don’t have the required documents before 9/1/26, you can register during round 2 on August 15th @ 8am central time.  If you register during the first round and you are not qualified, you will be put at the bottom of waitlist.*

Parking registration is online at http://parking.conroeisd.net and will be available July 6 through July 20, 2026. Once the first round of parking is issued, the second registration will reopen on Aug 15, 2026, for those who missed the first registration. From this date, parking will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis.

*NOTE: If you register for parking in round one and do not meet ALL credentials by September 1, 2026, you will be put on the BOTTOM of the waitlist for Round 2.

Login Information

Parking registration is online at TWHS Parking and will be available from July 6, 2026 at 8 am Central Time – July 20, 2026 at 8 am Central Time. Once parking is issued, the second registration will reopen on August 15, 2026 for those who missed the first registration. From this date, parking will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis. It will be determined by the date and time indicated on your registration. You will need your Conroe ISD username and password to login. Your Log in is the same as your SSO Log in. Make sure you can login to the SSO a few days before, so you are not scrambling during the registration process.

USERNAME – 1st 5 letters of your LAST NAME, 1st 3 letters of you FIRST NAME

PASSWORD – “stu” followed by your student ID#

Registration Process

During registration, there is a PowerPoint presentation of the policies for parking on campus. At the end of the presentation, you will be asked to take a quiz. A score of 80 or better is required to register your vehicle(s). Students need to complete registration and take the quiz themselves as they are responsible for following all rules. You may register up to (4) four vehicles. Additional vehicles should be emailed to Craig Harbin at charbin@conroeisd.net or fill out a form in grade level office. All registered vehicles must be listed on your proof of insurance. ALL CURRENT STUDENTS MUST HAVE A VALID TEXAS DRIVER’S LICENSE!

If you are sharing a space with another student, both drivers must list each other so the system can link your information. You will need to know your partner’s username/ID. Sharing is limited to two students per parking space.  Sharing with another student is strongly encouraged. Both students must have the required documents by 9/1/26 or they will lose the spot.  Due to an increase in demand, there is usually a waiting list for a parking space. Students on the waiting list will be assigned parking spaces as they became available throughout the school year. Availability for a parking space is unpredictable. YOU ARE EXPECTED TO SHARE ALL YEAR!

We will distribute spaces in the following priority: *NO special parking for SENIORS!

1.     Students who are sharing

2.     Seniors single

3.     Juniors single

After round one is assigned, we will activate online parking registration again on August 15, 2026 at 8am Central Time.

Parking Tag Requirements

Requirements for obtaining a parking tag are listed below: MUST Meet ALL requirements by 9/1/26

1. Valid Texas driver’s license (since residency has been established and the student(s) are enrolled, the driver’s license should reflect the current local address.  During registration, there will be a section that requires you to enter a DL number.) New Texas residents can legally drive with a valid, unexpired driver license from another U.S. state, U.S. territory, Canadian province, or qualifying country for up to 90 days after moving to Texas. Prior to the end of the 90 day grace period, a new Texas resident must apply for a Texas license in person at any driver license office to continue to drive legally. Complete by November 7, 2026 or you will lose your parking space.

2. Valid insurance listing registered vehicles

3. Tags are $75.00 – payment is only available after spaces are assigned via School Cash Online. If you are sharing a space, full payment is required from one student – we will remove the fee from the 2nd student after tag pick up/verification. We will not accept two separate half payments.

4. Only juniors and seniors are allowed to park on campus. No exceptions are given. If shared—both have to meet credentials. If you sign up in round one and don’t qualify by 9/1, you’ll be put on bottom of waitlist of round 2.

Parking Tag Distribution

Assigned parking spaces will be posted in the window of the front lobby at THWS Senior Campus. Due to construction, dates and times for the posting will be updated during the summer along with information about orientation and tag pick up.  *If you do not meet the requirements by 9/1, you will forfeit your assigned space, and you will be placed on the bottom of the waiting list for round 2.  Please see parking website for more details.
