Congratulations to the TWHS UIL Team!! We had 40 students, several 1st time competitors and coaches, compete this weekend in the Grand Oaks UIL Invitational.
The Accounting Team brought in a 1st place Team Medal and several top 10 individual medals.
The Science Team also brought a 2nd place team medal and several top 10 individual medals.

There are lots of course selection events happening at TWHS in the next two weeks. This Thursday, January 15th, please join us for our Academic Expo from 6-8pm at the TWHS Main Campus on Research Forest Drive. Please join us if you are a family of an incoming 9th-12th grader. Flyers will be available that evening with maps and schedules. If you want to hear the first presentation, come early! It starts promptly at 6pm. For current seniors, Herff Jones will be available for graduation gear orders in the Dance Room that night. You can order your student's cap and gown that night! This is a "Come and Go" event.
On Tuesday, January 20th, please join Mrs. Tabor for a virtual presentation at 10am or 5pm. Both presentations are the same, and you will have the opportunity to get your questions answered.
On Wednesday, January 21st, if you still have scheduling questions for your student's schedule next year, please visit the TWHS 9th Grade Campus on Branch Crossing Drive from 4:30-6:30pm. Counselors will be available to help answer your questions. You do not need to attend if you do not have questions, and once your questions are answered, you are free to leave the event. We can't wait to see you!

The 2026 FRC Robotics season officially kicked off this past weekend with the full reveal of this year's game - REBUILT. The Pastabots gathered for a full day of Saturday brainstorming in the lab. They have just over 7 weeks to design, build, wire and program a custom robot for competition.
