The Woodlands High School

Our TWHS JV lacrosse team has won the city championship this weekend completing their season. Varsity begins playoffs road to state this week and next. State championship is May 9 & 10 in Dallas and are sitting in the number 3 spot.

Yearbook will be distributed next week!!

The UIL academics team has arrived at Baylor University for regional competition! We wish them luck this weekend in all their events!

TWHS Final Exam Schedule

Class of 2026! If you ordered Graduation items from Herff Jones, Cap and Gown, etc. It will be available to pickup through all lunches on Thursday 4/23.

Just a reminder: All 9th grade students report to TWHS-9 campus on Tuesday and Wednesday for End of Course testing.

Congratulations to Ms. Oriana Ramirez, April Highlander Strong Teacher of the Month. Ms. Ramirez is a Biology teacher at TWHS-9. Her passion and dedication to her students is impactful every day. We are grateful for all she does. Her hard work makes a difference!

Prom 2026!

Our very own, TWHS Robotics teacher, Lauren Hamel just won a Woodie Flowers Award as one of the top two mentors in Texas!!!! It's the biggest award a mentor can get!!! And now she is a nominee for that award at the World Championship!!!

Congratulations to our Highlander Strong Staff of the Month for March! Lisa Killion, Gretchen Roach, Johana Lamberti, and Melody Faulk are our Administrative Support Staff. They keep the day to day campus routines running smoothly for our students, teachers, and staff. We couldn't to it without them!

After months of preparation, the SkillsUSA chapters here at the Woodlands High School competed at the State Competition April 8-11 and had a fantastic trip. They compete in a variety of competitions and categories. Check out the results and be sure to congratulate these kids on their hard work and success!
